→ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in and late checkout is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance.
→ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have 1 external security camera located at the garage/driveway.
→ The HOA does not allow street parking for guests. The garage and driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, snuggly.

THE LOCATION

The quiet subdivision of Pinnacle Pines is nestled in the country's largest Ponderosa Pines forest. It's located across the street from the private Pine Canyon Golf Club and is just 2 miles off the 17. Connect with Flagstaff's extensive trail system for hiking and biking right out our back door.

→ No street parking. A violation will result in a $250 fine.
→ No pets on the furniture/bedding. Violation may result in fees
→ All unregistered/day guests must be approved.
→ Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10 am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. On the day of your arrival, if you would like to arrange early access and the property is cleaned to standard, an hourly fee will apply.
