→ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

→ This is a high security, guard-gated community. Each time you enter through the gate you will need to give the guard your name and the property address.

→ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.

THE LOCATION

→ Strictly no smoking at the property (outside included). A $900 fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
→ Not to be used for commercial purposes.
→ No photo or video shoots without prior approval.
→ Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. On the day of your arrival, if you would like to arrange early access and the property is cleaned to standard, an hourly fee will apply.
→ Dogs (no cats) allowed upon request with a fee of $100 per pet (up to two dogs, most breeds welcomed). Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet (this includes all waste💩 left on property). Guest is liable & will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property).
→ A $500 fee or the cost of repair, whichever is greater, will be assessed if the pool equipment is tampered with in anyway. Pool equipment is complex and costly. It’s for this reason that we ask guests not to touch it. This includes the pool vacuum which is to remain in the pool at all times and is perfectly safe to swim with.
→ The A/C cannot be set lower than 70 degrees.
→ Guest is responsible for taking the bins out on trash days (Tuesday and Thursday)
→ All unregistered/day guests must be approved.
→ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
→ The pool is serviced every Wednesday.
