→ Pool heating is an optional amenity available upon request for $50/night between Oct-May and must be purchased for all nights of your stay. Please contact us at least 24 hours beforehand to arrange for pool heating & payment. Heating is dependent on outside temperatures and may not be possible with temps below 50 degrees. Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. The pool heater is set to 85 degrees (resort standard) but water temps may fluctuate +/- 3 degrees. While we've had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded).
→ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have 1 external security camera located at the front entrance of the home.
→ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in and late checkout is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Charming and quiet South Scottsdale neighborhood minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, next to the 101 freeway, close to parks, grocery stores, and coffee shops. (Note: there are a couple residential remodels on the street).
THE LOCATION
We are located a few miles from the 101 & 202 freeways. Lyft or Uber can take you to Old Town Scottsdale, Mill Avenue on ASU Tempe Campus and the Sky Harbor airport generally within a 10-minute car drive. We also have a light rail train system just under 3 miles away to take you to Downtown Phoenix or Mesa.

→ Pool heating available upon request between October-May for an additional $50 per night which is required before arrival and submitted through the resolution center in AirBnB . The temperature will be set to 83° but ability to get to that temperature is based on weather. 24 hour notice is encouraged to bring the water up to temperature before your stay and must be heated for a minimum of 2 nights consecutively.

→ Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. On the day of your arrival, if you would like to arrange early access and the property is cleaned to standard, an hourly fee will apply.
→ Guest is responsible for taking the bins out on trash days (Mondays & Fridays).
→ All unregistered/day guests must be approved.
→ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
→ The pool is serviced every Tuesday between 11 am - 1 pm.
→ Pool vacuum is to be kept in the pool when not in use.
→ Unplug the hose from the pool wall before removing the vacuum.
→ Keep the shade umbrellas down when not in use.
